Environmental assessment

We prepare Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) reports and the documents that go with them — terms of reference, public notices and deed of enquiry, baseline field study, impact prediction and the environmental management plan — in the format the approving body requires, whether that is a provincial ministry or a federal one.

Our work covers industry, urban development and infrastructure proposals, and includes the field survey, public consultation and photographic record that a complete report has to rest on.

GIS and digital archiving

We collect, clean and map spatial data, and turn paper project records into searchable digital archives. This includes large-scale collection work: assembling approved project records from local bodies across the country, checking them against the source documents, and delivering them as a structured archive with the maps that go with it.

Engineering survey and estimation

Site survey, drawing take-off and priced bills of quantity for building and infrastructure work, prepared from the drawings themselves so that quantities can be traced back to the sheet they came from.

Urban planning and land pooling support

Technical support to land pooling and urban development work — base mapping, plot records, and the reporting local bodies and the department need.
